Eleanor Helms has over twenty-five years combined public and private sector business management experience. After a lengthy and successful career with Turner Broadcasting System, Eleanor decided to pursue a career in gerontology.

She received a graduate certificate in gerontology from Georgia State University and served as the Director of an Area Agency on Aging, dedicated to assisting older adults in a nine-county area. She has served on various non profit boards and is currently active on the missions team at her church. She enjoys tennis and gardening and is passionate about the well being of our elders.
